AO delivers for The Cotswold Company

The Costwold Company is the latest direct retailer to enter into a contract to use AO's third party logistics service in a bid to elevate its customer service proposition. The two businesses have agreed to an initial 12 month term in which Cotswold Company's furniture buying customers can book a specific time slot on the day of their choice for their deliveries, complete with order tracking and communication shortly ahead of the deivery crew's arrival.   The deal was struck following Cotswold Company CEO  Kevin Johnston's personal experience of AO's "wonderful delivery service". Other AO delivery clients include Simba and Lidl, with others in the pipeline.
