Online boosts revenues at Joules

Joules has provided a pre-close trading update in which it confirms that it grew its annual group revenue by 17.2 per cent to £218 million for the year to 26th May. Online sales had grown to the extent that they now account for half of the brand's retail sales and international is now responsible for some 16 per cent of the business' total revenues.

Colin Porter, CEO, commented: "As Joules celebrates its 30th anniversary, this strong performance, particularly in our international markets and across our eCommerce and licensing channels, reflects the strength of our distinctive brand as well as the appeal of our products over an ever-increasing range of lifestyle categories."
