Weheartdigital acquires Webselect
Weheartdigital, a creative and technical digital agency has acquired eCommerce development company Webselect Internet Solutions as the foundation for a new group of companies which will form Nice Group (SW) Ltd.
The two Devon headquartered businesses are complementary, with each operating in its own distinct niche. At Weheartdigital the focus is on developing websites and apps for a primarily London based client roster which includes major names like Google, KPMG and Deepmind. It specifically specialises in event-related assignments bringing a marriage of technical and creative skills to client projects.
Webselect has developed its own proprietary eCommerce platform and has produced websites which are currently generating over £50m of transactions per year for its clients. It has developed, hosts and maintains eCommerce stores for Weirdfish, Celtic & Co and Kettlewell from the fashion sector, plus a range of other clients which specialise in all manner of products from cheese, to upmarket home delivered to pet foods.
In combining the strengths of the two companies, Andy Doyle, MD of weheartdigital commented:

Webselect founder Mark Walker stated:

Walker will exit Webselect after a transition period. The Webselect team will continue to operate from its Chudleigh offices.
