Mail Order Operations Manager 

Our client is seeking a fully experienced manager who can lead, motivate and drive strong team working to ensure that KPI targets are met whilst possessing an analytical and questioning approach. Working closely with the production, warehousing and direct sales customer service and marketing departments, the role offers great scope to be fully immersed in ensuring the successful delivery of customer orders from two sites. There will be some travel required between sites. Competence/familiarity with NetSuite and Warelinx will be helpful. Experience in highly seasonal business operation is essential as is resource planning and introducing more efficient processes wherever practicable. Our client has expressed a preference for a fully hands' on, "sleeves rolled up" approach as well as strong communication skills and the confidence to manage calmly and respectfully. Located in West London, our client is a growing mail order and online retailer, looking to recruit an Offline Marketing Manager, whose role revolve around delivering the offline marketing strategy for the brand and delivery of set targets across all offline channels.
