The Hut Group is understood to be close to finalising a deal to acquire ESPA which sells an upmarket range of skincare products via department stores and salons. The transaction is understood to be worth around £100 million and will see ESPA join The Hut group’s growing stable of beauty products trading brands which include Mio Skincare, Lookfantastic, Glossybox and Grow Gorgeous. The Hut group employs over 3000 people and is expecting current year sales to exceed £700 million.
