Independent toy retailer The Entertainer has recruited John Driscoll as its commercial director with a remit to focus on developing the buying and merchandising functions to support the future growth of the business. The Entertainer operates a chain of retail stores as well as a successful eCommerce division.

Driscoll was with Tesco for nine years where he had commercial responsibility for the toy category.
