Amazon has moved quickly to announce a consultation with staff over its proposed closure two of the nine Whole Foods stores it acquired earlier this year. The affected outlets are in Cheltenham and Giffnock. The online behemoth will however be opening a pop-up store in London from November 21st-24th to support its Black Friday promotions. Online, Amazon’s Black Friday event will run for ten days this year from November 17t.
