Henry Birch is set to join Shop Direct as its CEO later this year from Rank Group, the gaming and casino business, where he is currently CEO. He succeeds Alex Baldock who is moving to Dixons Carphone. Aidan Barclay chairman of Shop Direct commented “Henry is an experienced CEO and an exceptional leader.
