Marks & Spencer has recruited Gordon Mowat as its director for clothing and home supply chain, logistics and planning. The newly created role reports to director of clothing Jill McDonald. Mowat was most recently interim chief operations officer at Jack Wills and, prior to that, had held senior roles with Morrisons.
