House of Fraser has appointed David Walker-Smith as its chief product and trading officer. He will join the retailer in March, succeeding Maria Hollins, and reporting to CEO Alex Williamson. Previously managing director of Fenwick, Walker-Smith has recently been operating as an independent consultant.
Alex Williamson commented “David’s appointment adds additional strength to our leadership team and he will play an instrumental role in delivery key elements of the transformation programme.”
