Debenhams CEO Sergio Bucher has introduced three new business units at Debenhams, rendering the role of group trading director, held by Suzanne Harlow, redundant. Harlow will leave the business on October 20th having held her current role for eight of the twenty three years she has worked for Debenhams. There will now be a new executive committee for each of the new business units – fashion & home, beauty & beauty services, and food & events. Bucher will oversee fashion & home whilst a new appointment is made.
