Global Payments, a card processing service provider has announced that it is to integrate truRatings customer rating service on its payment terminals. The launch will allow shops, restaurants and other outlets to capture and then compare customer feedback gathered at the point of sale.
Each customer using a Global Payments’ terminal in selected outlets around the UK will be asked just one question (from a bank of several) before they have entered their PIN number and completed their payment. The rating then feeds a customer website, where customers will be able to view the ratings, and an analytics dashboard for businesses which can benchmark themselves against others in their sector and test new service offerings on a scale of 0-9. The service is quick, anonymous and non-intrusive for customers and allows businesses to gather reliable and timely feedback.
