Amidst news that House of Fraser has seen its store and online sales drop over the critical peak trading season, it is understood that certain of its directors have left the business. Chief operating officer Peter Gross has resigned along with IT director Julian Burnett. It is also believed that product director Maria Hollins is also leaving the retailer.
CEO Alex Williamson has confirmed the promotion of retail director Gary Slattery to the newly created position of executive director for retail. In addition Gary Monk will take up the role of executive director for operations, from the position of transformation director.
