Sales drop for Hobbs


Full year sales to January 25th 2014 fell by 7.8 per cent to £115.4 million at fashion retailer Hobbs, resulting in a a pre-tax loss of £14 million.  The business is working on a restructuring plan aimed at improving overall performance and restoring it back to good health.  As previously reported, the business welcomed Meg Lustman as CEO recently and Hobbs has been developing concessions in the United States where demand for its range has proved to be strong.
