DX Group, the mail delivery business, has parted company with its CEO and finance director as it moves to separate out its operations into courier and freight divisions. This follows the decision by DX to acquire John Menzies distribution arm in a reverse takeover. Petar Cvetkovic and Daljit Basi leave with immediate effect.
Nick Cullen will head DX Express with Stuart Godman leading DX Freight. James Hayward has been named interim CFO.
