Shop Direct has announced internal promotions in order to strengthen its board as it moves into 2015.
Greg Pateras steps up to become group finance director, replacing Mark McMenemy who is retiring. Jon Owen joins the board as group retail brands director with Neil Chandler assuming the role of financial services CEO replacing Andy Hart who is also retiring. Gareth Jones who was recently named deputy chief executive will also take on the role of group chief operating officer.
