Hotel Chocolat has reported a 12 per cent increase in its sales with the 52 weeks to June 25th, coming in at £104 million. During the year it had opened two new stores and had started to sell cocoa infused ice cream from 37 of its stores. Eight of its newer stores have cafes as part of the overall offering.
