About the Awards:

The ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards have spearheaded the recognition of business excellence for organisations engaged in direct to-customer retailing across traditional and newly emerging channels. Now in its 19th year, these unique Awards seek to celebrate the achievements of businesses of all scales and at all stages of development.

The black tie presentation evening takes place at the prestigious Hurlingham Club for the fourth year running, and includes champagne on arrival, a three course dinner with wine, the announcement of the Award winners and entertainment. Direct Commerce Association's renowned Annual Summit and workshops precede this during the day. For further information about either of these, please email us, or call our dedicated team on 01271 866112.

With categories designed for those targeting sales to businesses as well as for those selling to consumers, entrants may choose, for example, to compete against all businesses of a comparable size, regardless of merchandise speciality and/or against businesses of all sizes in their merchandise speciality. In addition there are categories for specific achievements , like, for example: Best Catalogue Creative, Best Digital Performance and Outstanding Customer Service. Take a look at the range of categories and decide which you wish to enter. The more categories you choose, the better your chance of success.
